Proposed EANGUS Bylaws submissions may be submitted at any time prior to the Annual EANGUS Conference.
Please note the following submission timeline for the 2026 Conference:

    • May 2, 2026 (90 days prior to the annual conference); deadline for bylaws amendments proposals to be received and voted on with a 2/3 vote of the delegates at the EANGUS annual conference.
    • July 1, 2026 (30 days prior to the annual conference); deadline for bylaws amendments received prior to May 2, 2026 to be distributed to the Executive Council and State Presidents to be able to be passed by a 2/3 vote of the delegates at the EANGUS annual conference.

Any bylaws amendments proposals received after May 2, 2026, or not notified to the Executive Council and State Presidents prior to July 1, 2026, will require a unanimous vote of the delegates at the EANGUS annual conference.
